Marshall S Flam MD

Dr. Flam was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in life sciences. This, in turn, led to a degree in medicine from the State University of New York Downstate. He practiced and taught Hematology and Oncology in Fresno, California, for 40 years, retiring in 2014.

While he has always enjoyed and invented limericks, it was not until he discovered Wordle that he began to engage in a new concept of the limerick as not only a bawdy and humorous short poem but also as an educational tool and a thought-provoking endeavor.

He is the father of five accomplished daughters and grandfather to nine grandchildren. He enjoys many activities including tennis, skiing, singing with a local opera group, gourmet cooking, mixology, and traveling. He resides in Fresno, California and Sun Valley, Idaho.
